Sara began her career in customer support while pursuing her education at the Beijing University. She quickly realized her passion for helping people  and found that she had a natural talent for troubleshooting and problem-solving. After earning her degree in business.  Sara continued to hone her skills in the industry, quickly rising through the ranks to become a leader in CRM technologies.

 

As the Head of Customer Support for WorldClick Marketing. Sara is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the customer support department. She leads a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to providing the highest level of service to customers. With her keen eye for detail and her commitment to excellence, Sara ensures that the customer support team is well-equipped to handle any issue that may arise.

 

Sara is also deeply committed to ensuring that her team is up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices.
